38 single mothers joined Demo Class for Black Forest Cake and Fruits Plan Cake held on 27th April 2014 ago at Community Hall, Rumah Iskandar in Nusajaya. They were invited by Prisma Harta Sdn Bhd to gain knowledge on baking & decorating their group cake’s presentation. A day programme was facilitated and demonstrated Mrs. Marina Zainal from Ibu Sayang Bakery. Black Forest Cake was demonstrated in morning session while Fruits Flan Cake was made in the afternoon session. By end of the day, participants knew how to bake a cake with accurate ingredients, how to layer the cream and some tips for decoration.
