Proposed Solution:
Design artificial hatchery which are modular in form and easy to assemble; lightweight in structure; cheap in building cost to:
a) Increase the income revenue for fisherman namely at the coastline areas
b) Obstruct the intrusion of large wide mouthed fishing net to sea areas within the range of 5 miles nautica from the beach or the gazetted marine parks
c) Be the main areas for fishes to rear and breed
