17 participants joined in Blueberry Cheese Tart & Fruits Tart event that held on April 17, 2014. Among them 12 were UTM staff and 5 participants were from outside .The class was facilitated and demonstrated by our own stuff Mrs. Marina Zainal. The Blueberry Cheese Tart and Fruits Tart class took place for 3 hours in the afternoon. They were taught how to make tart shell and the correct ingredients blend with cheese for Blueberry Cheese Tart and Fruits Tart.
